ShotTraxx™ Terms of Use

These terms apply alongside Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict, these terms control for the topics below.
1. Course details you contribute
When you submit course details, pins or scorecard photos, you keep any rights you have in them. You also give ShotTraxx a free, worldwide, non-exclusive and permanent permission to use, edit, combine and show them in the app’s course maps for all users. You confirm that you took the photo yourself or have the right to share it.
2. Anonymous round data
You agree that tee and green spots from your rounds may be used in anonymous, combined form to improve course maps, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Yardages and course data
Distances, plays-like numbers and course maps are estimates for help only. They can be wrong, and you’re responsible for following the Rules of Golf and any local or tournament rules.
4. Subscriptions
ShotTraxx Pro is billed and renewed through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store settings.
